TKL GALLERY GROUP SDN BHD is now open vacancy for PURCHASING, the work location is around Muar. Due to special working enviroment need, strongly encourages applications from both. And chinese,malay,india are more preferable, but we are welcome all people regardless of their race and gender to apply. Candidate who has experiance or can start work immediately are strongly encourage to apply.

-Work with internal departments to review material requirements and delivery lead time to meet Company’s needs.
- To source, negotiate and purchase at competitive pricing.
- PO processing - includes issuance, amendments and obtain approvals etc.
- Coordination with suppliers - fax/email PO and follow up
- Ensures the suppliers conforms to our expectation in terms of standard, quality and time.
- Tracking purchase requisitions submitted by user
- Check and coordination of documents (DO & invoice) for payments
- Receipting + invoicing for non-material item in ERP system
- Ensures statutory requirements pertaining to accountable document filing and retrieval is strictly adhered to, includes proper authorisation.
- Obtains approval for urgent/adhoc purchases to resolve issues and to support operational departments which may warrant immediate purchase at market place or using the normal supply chain.
- Complete assignments within stipulated timeline.
- Perform other assignments as required from time to time.
